1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We do not directly collect any personal information from you. The only information we receive is from Google when you sign in.

Replikit does not have its own sign-up form. We only receive personal information when you voluntarily register and sign in using your existing Google account. The only information you *directly* provide to the service is the content you create, such as the names you give your projects and the Python code you write.

Information collected from other sources

In Short: We receive your basic profile information from Google when you sign in.

When you choose to sign in using the "Sign in with Google" button, we receive your basic profile information directly from Google. This is the only "other source" we use, and the information is limited to what is necessary to create and manage your account:

We do not receive your password or any other personal information from your Google account. We only receive this data after you have explicitly authorized the connection on the Google sign-in screen.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We only use cookies that are essential for the operation of the site and for analytics.

We use essential cookies to manage your login session and remember your preferences (like your theme choice). We may also use Google Analytics to understand how our service is used, as described in our "How We Process Your Information" section. We do not use third-party cookies for targeted advertising.

5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If you log in to our Services using your Google account, we receive basic profile information from Google.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your Google account. When you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from Google, limited to your name and email address.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by Google. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they use your information.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. This process is irreversible and all of your project data will be lost.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
